Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage ship building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality vessels.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.

- Collaborate with project engineers to develop detailed designs, specifications, and budgets for new builds or repairs.

- Oversee hull outfitting and block projects, including supervision of site teams and coordination with vendors.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to vessel performance, maintenance schedules, and customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in marine engineering or a related field (shipbuilding/repair).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Marine Engineering.

- Robust understanding of ship design principles, materials science, and fabrication techniques.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
