We are seeking dynamic and commercially robust Regional Business Managers to lead and scale operations across Large Format Stores (LFS) in the assigned region. This is a highly field-intensive role requiring expertise in managing modern trade accounts such as Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Reliance Trends, Pantaloons, and similar formats. The incumbent will drive regional sales performance, ensure revenue growth, optimize stock health, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional business growth across LFS channels.
- Manage key accounts including Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Reliance Trends, Pantaloons, etc.
- Own and deliver regional business portfolio of approx. 60-80 Cr.
- Ensure robust sales performance, stock replenishment, sell-through, and inventory optimization.
- Build and strengthen relationships with category teams, buyers, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer insights to maximize opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region (1520 days/month).
