Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier Quality for Sheetmetal, Forging and Machining, QRQC Issues analysis & ensure actions with no recurrence.
- Gauge capability validations at suppliers by conducting MSA studies & Calibration Audits
- Knowledge in Tooling, Gauge concepts, Process Feasibility Study.
- Attend daily QRQC Meeting in the Shop Floor & Receipt Quality - Analyse, Improve & control issues through Cross Functional Team
- approach.
- Track metrics such as number of ageing QRQCs, DOL%, Segregation, Quality Score, Rejection rates of incoming parts (PPM), Process
- Audit score & ECN’s.
- Recent Suppliers evaluation in collaboration with the Sourcing team and ensure that proposed suppliers meet the target requirements.
- Provide technical guidance (Technical requirements and engineering feedback) to shortlisted suppliers in order to meet component
- reliability, supply chain efficiency and overall Quality Metrics.
- Conduct process & Product audits and communicate Observation, NC’s action plan followup with Suppliers and monitor corrective action effectiveness.
