1. Day to day work planning and resources planning based on the given schedule, work allocation for deployed Manpower. Ensuring each activity completed as per the design standards.
2. Safety planning and compliance, Daily site inspection, safety training and awareness, PPE Monitoring Hazard Identification and Risk Control.
