Job Title-ServiceNow Developer

Job Requirements- • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, including:
- Strong proficiency in ITSM, ITOM module.
- Solid experience with Integration knowledge
- Deep understanding of Catalog development,
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration spoke
- Valuable knowledge in Business rule, Ui Policy, Ui Action, Scripting (server side, client side).
- Experience with Notification, Flow designer, Custom implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable,



and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow Platform

- Perform complex customizations and configurations within ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and mid server.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with security best practices and data governance policies.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
