Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy
Manage employee relations, grievance handling & disciplinary cases
Drive retention and attrition control initiatives
Lead performance management and appraisal cycles
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
Support workforce planning and talent management
Ensure HR policy and statutory compliance
Use HR analytics to support business decisions
Eligibility
6+ years of core HRBP experience
ITES / Healthcare / BPO industry experience preferred
Solid expertise in Employee Relations, Performance Management & Retention
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
MBA / MSW / MA (HR) Mandatory
Comfortable working in UK Shift and Work From Office
