Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AMC Cluster Heads to drive the Annual Maintenance Contract

(AMC) business for multi-brand Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV). The selected candidates

will be responsible for acquiring fleet customers, signing AMC agreements, and expanding our

service business in their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate AMC business by acquiring recent fleet customers.
- Visit customer sites and sign Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for commercial vehicle

service.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transport operators.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth AMC operations and customer satisfaction.




- Achieve business targets and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle (HCV) service industry.
- Strong network with fleet customers in the respective region.
- Good knowledge of Heavy Commercial Vehicle service and maintenance.
- Experience in AMC business development, service operations, or customer acquisition.
- Preferred background: Workshop Manager or a similar role in a Commercial Vehicle Service

Centre.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
