Role & responsibilities

- Lead the technical team across assigned product lines.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide technical and marketing support to the Sales team for customer engagement and business development.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team to enhance product performance and support the development of new products.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for existing and new product lines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 15+ years in Sales & Marketing,



preferably in the Bulk Material Handling, Conveyor Systems, Screening Products, Corrosion Protection Products, Conveyor Care Products, or related engineering industries.
- Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication, customer relationship, and team management skills.
