Candidates will undergo a structured training program designed to develop sourcing, screening, communication, and recruitment skills required to become successful IT Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based research.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Recruitment and HR.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated approach.
Training Program
- Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program for a period of 1-2 months.
- The training will include regular assessments, performance evaluations, and practical recruitment assignments.
- Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the required performance standards will be offered full time employment with the organization.
- Salary and employment confirmation will commence upon successful completion of the training program and final evaluation.
