- Manage OTC operations including Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections.
- Positive understanding of OTC metrics such as Aging, DSO, Collection Effectiveness, and Unapplied Cash.
- Ensure process delivery meets client SLAs and quality standards.
- Support daily back-office production activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle complex transactions, escalations, and process-related queries.
- Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide process guidance to team members.
- Support client interactions and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare performance reports as required.
