Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end SMT and FATP manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and optimize SMT processes including solder paste printing, SPI, pick & place, reflow oven, and AOI.
- Manage FATP activities including assembly, testing, troubleshooting, packing, and process control.
- Perform process validation, line setup, and parameter optimization for new and existing products.
- Analyse production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Support NPI (Recent Product Introduction) and engineering change implementation.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documents, and production reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to ESD, IPC, safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
