- Prepare manufacturing process flow charts.
- Develop work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Standardize manufacturing methods.

Manufacturing Support

- Provide technical support to production.
- Resolve process-related issues.
- Optimize line balancing and takt time.

Continuous Improvement

- Reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework.
- Improve productivity through Kaizen initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone techniques.

Equipment & Process Validation

- Support installation and commissioning of current equipment.
- Conduct process capability studies.
- Validate process changes.

Automation Support

- Work with automation teams to improve robotic assembly, conveyors, vision systems, and servo-driven equipment.




- Support PLC and HMI integration during process improvements.

Documentation

- Maintain process documentation.
- Update ECNs and engineering records.
- Prepare engineering reports and process KPIs.
