Role & responsibilities

- To identify Corporate companies who outsource Recruitment business to recruitment consultants (Pan India)
- To generate leads and convert those corporate companies as our clients
- Contract and documentation
- Getting recruitment business from them and sharing it with the Team
- Enroll 5 potential Recent Clients every Month

Salary and Perks

- Salary upto 20000 / Month
- 10% of Billing value- Once Payment is Recevied from Clients- Referred by the (you) candidate.

Preferred candidate profile

- We are looking for a candidate with mimimum 3 Years of Experience in Recruitment firm is business development role
- The candidate should have experience in bringing new clients for recruitment business every month
- The candidate can be anywhere from India willing to support Chennai Team
- The candidate should have experience bringing Non -IT Clients
- Experience in bringing Recruitment business for Sales Hiring is Highly preferred
- We are looking for Immediate Joiners
