- Monitor pan-India sample movement from collection to destination
- Track phlebotomist activity and collection completion
- Monitor pickup, transit and delivery status
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of every active sample
- Identify delayed, missed or at-risk movements
- Coordinate with phlebotomists, field teams, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Take immediate corrective action during operational exceptions
- Escalate unresolved issues within the defined timeline
- Monitor TAT and SLA adherence
- Update live trackers and operational systems
- Prepare daily MIS and exception reports
- Ensure proper handover between shifts
- Reduce missed pickups, delayed samples and unresolved cases
