- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or HRSD (Human Resources Shared Services).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation, candidate screening, interview scheduling, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday or similar tools.
