- 8+ years of overall IT experience with endpoint management and device administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
- Extensive experience with JAMF Pro administration and support.
- Expertise in managing macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Volume Purchase Program (VPP).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity management.
- Experience with application packaging and deployment for macOS and iOS platforms.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance management, and corporate device lifecycle management.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
