The Peer Review Services Lead will be a key figure responsible for leading a team of Editorial Assistants and ensuring the seamless execution of all peer review activities in adherence to established guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in peer review process and demonstrate proficiency in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Editorial Assistants, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to established procedures.

• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all peer review reports, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness in the review process.

• Provide guidance and support to Editorial Assistants, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to peer review, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Ensure all peer review activities are conducted in a timely and effective manner, meeting quality standards and deadlines.





• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all peer review reports, maintaining high standards of quality in the review process.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance collaboration and communication.

• Set up governance calls with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain a strong partnership.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D./Masters in a relevant subject.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in peer review within a related field.

• Proven experience in managing a team of Editorial Assistants, demonstrating effective leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate efficient team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure streamlined peer review processes.
