We're looking for a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment and has proven experience in bulk hiring.
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Chennai
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT & Blue Collar Recruitment
Solid experience in Bulk/Mass Hiring
Fluency in Hindi, English (Hindi is mandatory)
Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Strong screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume recruitment environment
Key Responsibilities:




• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Blue Collar roles
• Drive bulk hiring campaigns to meet business requirements
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines
