We're Hiring: Delivery Director ServiceNow

Location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune

Experience: 18-20 years in IT services, with strong background in ServiceNow delivery and practice leadership

Role Summary:

- The Delivery Director will own end-to-end delivery for ServiceNow engagements driving quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across multiple projects and accounts.
- This role blends technical credibility in ServiceNow with delivery governance, people leadership, and senior client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall delivery accountability for ServiceNow programs across multiple clients/accounts
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks and issues
- Drive governance via structured reviews, SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics
- Manage P&L; responsibility revenue, margins, and utilization
- Build, mentor, and retain a strong delivery team (PMs, architects, technical leads)
- Partner with sales/pre-sales on solutioning, estimation, and proposals
- Ensure adherence to ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/CSM best practices and platform governance
- Drive automation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement




- Manage CXO/senior client stakeholder relationships
- Support hiring, capacity planning, and resource allocation

Key Skills Required:

- 8-10+ years focused specifically on ServiceNow delivery/program management Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream ServiceNow engagements (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or similar modules) Strong technical fluency in ServiceNow architecture & implementation lifecycle P&L; / budget / commercial delivery management Leadership experience managing teams of 50+ (PMs, architects, developers) Strong client management & executive communication skills Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or higher) preferred ITIL certification preferred Bachelor's in Engineering/CS; MBA preferred
