Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Architect with 10+ years of overall software engineering experience and strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining AI strategy, designing scalable AI solutions, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and guiding engineering teams in delivering enterprise-grade AI applications. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural skills, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives, including solution design, technology selection, and implementation strategy.
- Define AI architecture standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and security guidelines.
- Develop AI roadmaps and identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Lead the adoption of modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, MLOps, and AI observability frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and cloud AI services to drive innovation and continuous improvement.




- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization requirements.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish AI development best practices across the organization.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution presentations, architecture reviews, and technical proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4-5 years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Robust expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture patterns, data engineering, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience delivering enterprise AI transformation programs.
- AI/ML or Cloud certifications.
- Experience working with global customers and leading distributed engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, and compliance frameworks.
