- Drive business growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and mentor Area Managers and field sales teams.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Expand distribution/network and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients.
- Analyze regional performance and prepare MIS/reports for leadership.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams
Preferred candidate profile
3-5 years exp in P&L; ownership, business growth, regional sales leadership, or large scale field operation.
Proven experience of leading team of 20+ across multiple locations.
Direct stakeholder management at CXO/COO level
strong analytical skills
