We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and establish automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and operational excellence practices to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance across environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management processes.
- Drive containerization and orchestration initiatives using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Oversee release management activities and ensure successful deployments.
- Establish DevSecOps practices, including security automation and compliance controls.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT,



Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps.
- 3+ years of experience leading DevOps teams or managing DevOps initiatives.
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep templates.
- Strong experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, or Cloud Monitoring solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, Linux/Windows administration, and system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator, or Google Professional Cloud Engineer.
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
- Experience implementing DevSecOps and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to microservices and distributed systems architecture.
