Job Title: Senior Architect Real Estate Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with 5+ years of experience in real estate construction projects. The role involves leading architectural design for residential and commercial projects, preparing detailed plans, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and project management skills, along with the ability to mentor junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and planning for real estate projects, from concept to detailed execution.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, elevations, 3D models, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and interior designers to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Review and ensure compliance of designs with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Assist in client presentations, approvals,



and project design discussions.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Implement design best practices, cost-effective solutions, and sustainable approaches.
- Maintain documentation, records, and version control for all design work.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design within real estate construction projects.
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other architectural design software.
- Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and contemporary design trends.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Experience in delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
