Key Responsibilities for Diploma in Mechanical Candidates:

- Design mechanical components, products, and systems.

Key Responsibilities for Diploma in EEE Candidates:

Electrical design - Electrical Design Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems across various industries such as automotive, aerospace, technology, and consumer electronics Their duties typically include:

- Developing detailed electrical schematics and layout drawings using CAD software to guide manufacturing and installation
- Selecting electrical components and materials based on performance, cost, and project specifications
- Performing calculations and simulations to analyze circuit performance and ensure reliability before prototyping
- Constructing and testing physical prototypes to validate designs and troubleshoot issues
- Ensuring all designs comply with industry codes, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Preparing technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals




- Collaborating with mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into larger projects
- Providing design support, analysis, and troubleshooting for complex power systems, including medium voltage AC distribution, DC systems, and protection systems

Academic eligibility:

1. Candidate should have scored min. of 60 % or 6 CGPA (Without Rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma in Mechanical or EEE Engineering.
2. Eligible Courses – Diploma in Mechanical or EEE Engineering.
3. Candidate should be completing the eligible course in 2025 or 2026 without any backlog and should have Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.
4. There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course. Also, there should not be a loss of academic year after joining a course.

Note – Rounding up of marks to 60% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.

Selection process:

Candidates will have to undergo the tests below, each acting as a filter for the next stage of the selection process.

1. Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story.
2. Communication Test
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

Joining Location and Work Timings:

- Positions are open for Tech Mahindra office Chennai & Pune only (Work from Office).
- Candidates should be versatile to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country according to company work hours
- Candidates should be open to working in different shifts.

Bond and compensation:

Upon Selection

- Candidate will be on probation for 6 months
- Candidate clearing the selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3 L /Annum
- Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company.

Note: During probation, the candidate may undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.
