Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and change management.




- Develop and monitor HR metrics and reports.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, or Corporate organizations is preferred.
