Are you an experienced US Recruiter with a passion for hiring top engineering talent? Join our growing team and work on exciting opportunities across the US market!

Your Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Engineering positions
Source top talent using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter & other platforms
Screen, engage, and qualify candidates across engineering domains
Coordinate interviews, client interactions, and offer closures
Build strong talent pipelines and ensure quality submissions
Work with ATS tools and maintain hiring compliance

We're Looking For:




4–9 years of US Recruitment experience
Robust sourcing & Boolean search expertise
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models
Experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or Bullhorn
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus If You Have:
Experience in IT & Non-IT Engineering hiring
Exposure to Manufacturing, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Software Engineering recruitment
Immediate availability or short notice period
