- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth functioning.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to improve performance and provide outstanding customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security in the store environment.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle pressure and make sound judgments.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
