Process Assurance Executive (QMS | ISMS | PMS)

We are currently looking for Process Assurance professionals with expertise in QMS, ISMS, PMS, Internal Audits, Quality Assurance, Information Security, Metrics Management, and Project Process Compliance to join our Process Assurance (PA) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving quality initiatives, conducting audits, ensuring process compliance, and supporting continuous process improvements aligned with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor QMS, ISMS, and PMS processes across projects.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits, Process Health Checks, and Compliance Reviews.
- Ensure process compliance and guide project teams on SDLC and lifecycle adherence.
- Support ISO (9001/27001) initiatives, audits, and certification activities.
- Perform defect analysis, RCA, CAPA tracking, and risk management.
- Drive process improvements, retrospectives, and best practice adoption.
- Define, track, and report quality metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Maintain Process Asset Library (PAL), audit records, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Skills

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Process Assurance, Quality Assurance, or Software Process Management.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISMS, PMS, SDLC, and software quality processes.
- Experience in Internal Audits, Process Compliance, Metrics, RCA, CAPA, and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Good analytical,



documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with CMMI implementation.
- ISO Internal/Lead Auditor certification.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to IT Services, Product Engineering, or Software Development environments.
