Job Title: HR People Analytics Specialist-SuccessFactors(Global Role)

Main Purpose:

The HR People Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the organizations Global HR processes with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. This role ensures the seamless execution of HR operations, particularly in Performance, Compensation & Benefits, analytics through meticulous data management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate combines a highly analytical mindset with a strong HR sensibility and advanced technical skills to drive efficiency and strategic insights across the HR function.

Main Responsibilities:

HR System: Ensure accurate and efficient management of employee data and HR processes through SAP Success Factors (insert, change, monitor employee’s data and organizational structure).

Maintain and optimize HR system configuration and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.

Serve as key point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting.

Compensation & Benefits: Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs.

Prepare and analyze complex data sets related to salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits usage.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure competitiveness and comp & ben offerings.

Calculate bonus.

Performance Management & Analytics: Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure process integrity across all phases.

Generate detailed HR performance dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.

Analyze trends in employee performance, turnover, and engagement, and provide actionable insights.

KPI’s & Data Analysis: Design, implement and follow up on KPI’s supporting the business and team/department monitorization.

Create, execute,



and monitor automated reporting templates and macros for recurring HR reports and analyses.

Compliance, Audits & Certifications: Ensure compliance with external and internal business requirements, participate and support in external/internal audits.

Ticketing & Support to HR Community: Ticketing on Jira

Train HR Community on SF, HR processes & procedures

Support managers/employees in any matter related to system Success Factors or procedures.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar job or in HR Data field (mandatory)
- Experience in Global HR Operations team or in Shared Services Center (mandatory)
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits (mandatory)
- Experience with Success Factors, all modules, including admin role
- Global Payroll (preferred)

Level of Education: Bachelor’s

Field: Data Analytics, Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience with HR module of SuccessFactors/SAP is mandatory.

Language:

- English [excellent communication both written and spoken]

- Mandatory experience in creating reports in SF from the scratch
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros/VBA, data visualization)
- Power BI/Power Query
- Office365
