Position Summary

The Azure IAM / Microsoft Entra ID Lead is responsible for the strategy, design, governance, and operational management of the organizations identity and access management (IAM) platform. This role implementation of secure identity services across cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance, Zero Trust adoption, and protection of enterprise identities.

Key Responsibilities

- Administration and governance of Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, and access controls.
- Design and implement Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Conditional Access policies.
- Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Protection.
- Support hybrid identity environments, including Microsoft Entra Connect, Active Directory integration, and federation services.
- Manage enterprise applications, app registrations, service principals, and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate identity monitoring with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and other security platforms.
- Develop IAM standards, governance frameworks, and access review processes to support regulatory compliance.
- Automate identity administration using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure automation tools.
- Lead identity-related incident response, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology,



Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
- 4+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments.
- Experience with hybrid Active Directory and Azure identity services.
- Solid knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), RBAC, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure administration.
