We are looking for a senior Oracle SCM Technical Manager with deep Oracle Fusion SCM technical expertise and solid experience in Oracle EBS SCM or FunctionalTechnical delivery. The ideal candidate will lead large technical teams, define SCM-focused solution architecture, and manage end-to-end technical delivery across Oracle Fusion SCM and EBS SCM landscapes.
Oracle Fusion SCM Technical experience is mandatory
Oracle EBS SCM / FunctionalTechnical background is required

- PL/SQL, SCM interfaces, conversions, extensions & reports
- BI Publisher / OTBI for SCM reporting
- Project & Technical Delivery Management (SCM programs)

- Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication & decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM & EBS SCM technical delivery end-to-end
- Manage and mentor SCM technical teams (Fusion, EBS, OIC, PaaS)
- Review and approve SCM integrations, interfaces, conversions, and reports
- Drive SCM solution architecture and technical design decisions
- Coordinate with SCM functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders
- Own delivery timelines, quality, governance, and release management
- Handle escalations, risks, and complex SCM technical challenges
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, security, and compliance standards
