Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits to employees.

- Maintain personnel administration records, including employee data management and communication with HR team.

- Provide support for Time Management module (TM) activities such as time tracking, attendance management, and leave requests.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to payroll or personnel administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in Payroll Processing & Personnel Administration on SAP HCM/SuccessFactors platform.

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding payroll processing.

- Proficiency in using SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Perks Administration etc. .

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting.
