Roles and Responsibility

- Expertise in design and development of tooling for plastic Injection moulding, Rubber, Press components and EMS manufacturing process.
- Manufacturing feasibility analysis (Plastics, sheet metal, Rubber, Packaging, PCBA etc.,)
- APQP, DFM, DFA, FMEA, PPAP
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical/electronics , Exposure/ Knowledge on PCB Manufacturing process: SMT/THT Lines, Conformal coatings, Wave/Reflow soldering etc., would be an added advantage.
- Rich Experience of developing high aesthetic plastic molded components, 2K Molding, RHCM etc.




- Ability to study moldflow reports and plan for counter actions at DFM.
- Proficiency in CAD soft wares (Auto Cad, Pro-E, UG, Solid works) and MS office Excel, powerpoint.
- Ability to work in various cross functional teams and or virtual teams
- Ability to prioritize time and resources to meet project commitments
- Ability to follow and define processes using lean engineering/principles and ensures a relentless drive on continuous quality.
- Tech savvy, Action oriented, Drives results, Optimizes work in progress, Ensures accountability, Nimble learning, Collaborates
