- Team lead, for the HCM co-ordination team, overseeing the smooth delivery of all projects
- Manage HCM Team performance against set KPI Metrics
- Regular 1:1s and Team Meetings to enforce regular communication with the Team
- Setting Quarterly Objectives and Development plans for the Team
- Responsible for working and/or supporting Co-Ordinator's on Backlog and revenue forecasting
- Ensuring team are adhering to SOPs and supporting where needed
- Highlighting potential project Risk or escalation
- Working with the Project Delivery Manager, identifying process improvements and efficiencies
- Responsible for ensuring team OLA performance remains above 90%
- Process weekly & monthly reporting team stats/metrics

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Robust project coordination skills with team handling experience are mandate.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
