Job Description:

Position: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Experience: 4-6 Years
Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reason Derivations.
- Manage Employee Data, Position Management, Organizational Management, and Time Off integrations.
- Work on data migration activities using Import/Export tools.
- Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM/S4HANA via CPI, Boomi, or other middleware.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong expertise in Employee Central.
- At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Foundation Objects (FO)
- Generic Objects (GO)
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Position Management
- MDF Objects
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Data Models

- Knowledge of Employee Central integrations and data migration.
- Robust understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
