- Lead a team of insurance professionals in the development, testing, and deployment of Guidewire solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for project delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by managing resources, setting priorities, and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Provide guidance on best practices in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) to improve efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in GOSU/Guidewire development.
- Solid leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
