We are hiring an experienced Oracle CX Cloud Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle CX Cloud applications, customer engagement processes, and Oracle Cloud implementation/support projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle CX Cloud applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and optimize customer experience processes.
- Configure Oracle CX modules based on business requirements.
- Perform testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Support enhancements and continuous process improvements.
- Provide end-user support and documentation.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Oracle CX Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience in one or more Oracle CX modules:
- Oracle Sales Cloud
- Oracle Service Cloud
- Oracle Marketing Cloud
- Oracle CPQ
- Oracle Loyalty
- Oracle B2B Service
- Knowledge of CRM and Customer Experience processes.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
Preferred
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience working with global clients
