Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Blue Collar workers for our Technical Team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions quickly in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social platforms.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.

- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit.





- Coordinate interview rounds and feedback collection.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.

- Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth joining.

- Build a strong employer brand through candidate interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter (preferably in manufacturing, real estate, retail, or product companies).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in bulk hiring or Blue Collar Hiring is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals.
