What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager - Material Laboratory :

- Monitoring compliance of product testing according to control plan/quality plan and customer requirements
- Drive on time performance, reliability and any other testing require to approve/release product
- Ensure COP (Compliance of production) Testing compliance
- Ensure compliance of testing for special country certifications, e.g.: Product homologation, type approvals, KBA(German Road Traffic Law), CCAP (Mark Certification of Motor Vehicle Products for China), etc.
- Ensure traceability of product testing
- Development of laboratory, testing and calibration procedures in compliance with quality management standards, customer, legal and government requirements




- Drive compliance of no-conformance process for the product tested (e.g.: product identification, quarantine, scrap, containment actions, etc.)
- Performance of calibration/verification of testing and process equipment, ensuring traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and or equivalent standard
- Drive the Special process audit at supplier end for ensuring the Compliance of Product quality.

Your Profile as Deputy Manager - Material Laboratory :

- Diploma /BE/B-Tech on Metallurgy with 8-14 Years experience in Deep understanding of Operations and Quality
- Deep understanding of Special Process and Technical Testing
- Deep knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
- Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads
- Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
- Organizational savvy
