- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Handle PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why) and implement CAPA.
- Support customer, internal, and IATF 16949 audits.
- Monitor quality performance and reduce process rejections.
- Coordinate with Production and Tool Room to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records and calibration status.
