Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and modernize enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, security enforcement, and migration from SCCM to Microsoft Intune.

The role involves endpoint deployment, provisioning, architecture design, security and compliance management, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient endpoint management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer enterprise endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Modernize endpoint management leveraging Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
- Perform device lifecycle management, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, updates, and retirement.
- Lead and support SCCM to Microsoft Intune migration initiatives.
- Manage endpoint deployment and provisioning using Microsoft Intune.
- Design and support endpoint management architecture.
- Implement and enforce endpoint security and compliance policies.
- Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance.
- Provide troubleshooting, monitoring, and production support for endpoint management environments.




- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver endpoint management solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 46 years of experience in Endpoint Management or Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Administration.
- Robust experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365

- Experience managing:

- Endpoint Management
- Device Lifecycle Management
- Device Deployment & Provisioning
- Security & Compliance

- Experience with:

- SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- SCCM Co-management
- SCCM to Intune Migration

- Exposure to:

- Windows Autopilot
- Windows Update for Business (WUfB)
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

- PowerShell scripting skills.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
