About the Role

HCAS runs a student influencer training program producing content creators across college reviews, dance/performance, food, and campus culture niches. We're hiring a Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager to represent our top performing student creators to real brands sourcing deals, pitching students for campaigns, negotiating terms, and managing delivery, the way a talent manager works for any creator roster.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain a pipeline of brand contacts (local Chennai/OMR businesses, D2C brands, ed-tech companies) actively looking for creator partnerships

Pitch specific students for specific brand campaigns based on their content niche and audience

Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines on behalf of the student roster

Manage the full deal cycle outreach, contract terms, delivery tracking, payment processing

Track and report on deal volume, deal value, and brand relationships closed each month





Work closely with the program's production team to ensure delivered content matches brand briefs

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, or agency business development

Proven ability to cold-pitch and close deals this is a hunting role, not an admin role

Existing relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies, or a demonstrated ability to build them fast

Comfortable negotiating rates and contract terms

Solid communication skills you're the face representing our students to brands

Prior experience managing influencers/creators is a strong plus

Success Looks Like

Number of paid brand deals closed per month for the student roster

Total deal value generated

Repeat brand relationships and retained partnerships

Student satisfaction with deals sourced on their behalf
