Job Title
Territory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and revenue generation within the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new B2B customers in logistics and supply chain segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Generate leads through market mapping, networking, and field visits.
Conduct customer presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
5–6 years of experience in Logistics, Freight, Express Cargo, Transportation, or Supply Chain Sales
Strong business development and key account management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of logistics operations and customer requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory
