Location: Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu

We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive with 5 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience to expand our market footprint across Chennai and Thiruvallur. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying current industrial clients, understanding complex packaging requirements, and selling customized corrugated box and integrated packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- New Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and convert new prospective B2B clients in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, and retail sectors for corrugated and customized packaging products.
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients to ensure consistent repeat orders, upsell opportunities, and high customer retention.
- Solution Selling: Assess client product specifications and supply chain requirements to consultatively offer tailored corrugation and industrial packaging solutions.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management: Manage the full sales cyclefrom cold calling, site visits, product demonstrations, and cost estimations to contract negotiation and closing.




- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing in the packaging domain to align sales strategies effectively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with internal NPD design, production, and logistics teams at our Thiruvallur facility to ensure timely delivery and superior product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven track record in B2B field sales or corporate sales. Direct experience in corrugated boxes, paper packaging, or industrial packaging is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent client handling, commercial negotiation, presentation, and territory mapping skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of corrugation grades, packaging manufacturing processes, and B2B pricing structures.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake regular field visits across Chennai, Thiruvallur, and surrounding industrial hubs.
- Languages: Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
