- Lead execution of all MEP activities across residential projects from construction through handover.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Contracts, QA/QC, and CRM teams for seamless project execution.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Drive testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize project costs through value engineering and productive resource utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop MEP teams while driving high performance and accountability.
- Support customer handovers by ensuring timely resolution of MEP-related issues.
