- Manage retail projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential issues, and develop corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish milestones, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in retail industry or related field.
- Solid understanding of DMS (Distribution Management System) and Sales Force Automation tools.
- Proven expertise in delivery management using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
