Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong Electrical Engineering background to manage solar projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful completion of solar projects within the agreed timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project costs, billing, payments, and overall commercial activities.
- Ensure all statutory approvals, inspections, and regulatory requirements are completed on time.
- Coordinate with utility authorities for approvals and project commissioning.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are followed at site.




- Identify project risks and resolve issues to avoid delays.
- Lead project teams and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 810 years of experience in Solar/Renewable Energy projects.
- Experience managing Solar Ground Mount Projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of solar project execution, electrical systems, and project management.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EPC solar projects.
- Knowledge of statutory approvals and utility coordination.
- Familiarity with project budgeting, billing, and cost control.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
