Manage day-to-day operations at client hubs/sites

Handle approximately 34 hubs and 1020 delivery professionals

Coordinate with client teams regarding manpower, vehicles, routes and delivery targets

Ensure timely attendance and 100% workforce deployment

Recruit, onboard and train delivery professionals

Prepare shift rosters and arrange replacements for absentees

Monitor deliveries assigned, completed, returned and cancelled

Maintain attendance, kilometre and vehicle deployment records

Track daily productivity and operational performance

Resolve client, rider, driver and hub-level operational issues

Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly reports

Ensure compliance with safety, client and company procedures

Manage vehicle deployment, documentation and utilisation

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should:

Have prior experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, transport, or hub operations
Be experienced in managing delivery executives, riders, drivers or field teams




Be capable of handling 34 hubs and supervising 10–20 delivery professionals
Have strong manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and roster-management skills
Be proactive in arranging replacements and ensuring complete workforce deployment
Be comfortable coordinating with clients, hub managers, drivers and delivery teams
Have good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Be able to track attendance, productivity, kilometres, vehicle utilisation and delivery performance
Be proficient in basic Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and mobile-based operational applications
Possess positive local area and route knowledge
Be willing to travel between assigned hubs and work flexible or rotational shifts
Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence, preferably
Be available to join immediately or within a short notice period
