Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tekla Project Manager to lead structural steel detailing projects based on Australian Standards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tekla Structures, project planning, team management, client coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage structural steel detailing projects using Tekla Structures.
- Lead and mentor detailing teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards & AISC and client specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and internal teams.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.




- Review drawings, models, and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.

Required Skills

- 18+ years of experience in structural steel detailing.
- Robust expertise in Tekla Structures.
- Proven experience managing projects based on Australian & AISCStandards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
