- 5+ years of experience in PIM / MDM.
- Strong hands-on experience with STIBO STEP.
- Hands-on experience with:
- STEP data modeling
- STEP Workbench configuration
- STEP workflows
- Business rules and data quality rules
- Product hierarchies and classifications
- Solid experience with STIBO PDX Item onboarding.
- Experience with STIBO SaaS environments.
- Experience creating and managing Golden Records.
- Strong understanding of:
- Source records vs. Golden Records
- Multi-source harmonization
- Survivorship rules
- Data consolidation and mastering
- Downstream data syndication
- Experience with buy-side and/or sell-side PIM/MDM implementations.
- Strong understanding of product catalog and data transformation processes.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with GDSN.
- Knowledge of GDSN data pool onboarding and attribute mapping.
- Exposure to Syndigo and/or 1WorldSync.
- Experience in retail, distribution, wholesale, or e-commerce domains.
- Experience with at least one:
- STIBO STEP SaaS migration
- Greenfield STIBO STEP implementation
- Catalog transformation program
- Experience with STEP integrations and APIs.
- Scripting or programming experience relevant to STEP customizations.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude Code
- Similar AI coding assistants
